Shipping with DHL Servicepoint to agents is offered at checkout. Outside of Sweden, all shipments are sent with DHL Parcel Connect to agents.
Johan & Nyström normally handles your order within 24 hours (weekdays excluding holidays) from the order until the item leaves our warehouse, provided that the ordered item is in stock. If the order includes products that are out of stock, you as a customer will be contacted and given the opportunity to have the order partially delivered.
When your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery passes to DHL, who delivers your order within the specified time for the selected shipping method. Johan & Nyström cannot provide any delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the product reaches you may be longer than what is stated as normal for the selected shipping method.

For all orders in Sweden and Finland we offer free shipping on orders over SEK 500/€50.
For other countries, the following prices apply:

If your shipping address is on an island, without a bridge connection, the delivery time may be expanded with 2-3 days.
Notified consignments must be picked up within 14 days at the chosen agent. Shipments not collected are returned to Johan & Nyström. If you wish to have the product sent to you again, shipping costs will be added. If you want to cancel your order, we charge a fee of SEK 100 for shipping + return shipping and administration costs and return the remaining amount in the same way you paid.
